We are pleased to announce the upcoming allocation exercise for all our estates( i.e Sunrise Estate Phase 1, Sunrise Estate 2.0, and Sunville Estate).
Please note that this allocation is only applicable to clients who have made full payments for the land, deed of assignment, survey, and development fee.
We have scheduled the allocation dates as follows:
-Sunrise Estate Phase 1 and 2: Wednesday, 6th December 2023
-Sunville Estate: Wednesday, 13th December 2023
Pickup point, Keysight Office, located at Suite B2/3 Jane Haret Mall, opposite Arowolo Filling Station, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Sangotedo,
